Thought I’d separate this post from my previous one about my week in Vegas since that one got pretty long with all the photos and whatnot. I attended the 2012 AVN Awards this year, and like I mentioned before, I was up for two different awards. Unfortunately I didn’t win either but at least I lost out to women who deserved the awards. Bobbi Starr won for Best Pornstar Website…even though she doesn’t run it herself, she does direct and the site features all of her work. I know that she puts a lot of time into it so at least the award went to another hard working girl. I lost out to Belladonna and Dana DeArmond for Best Girl/Girl Sex Scene but I was beyond thrilled for Dana. She always jokes around that she’s the Susan Lucci of porn…always nominated but never wins. When we were signing together for Girlfriends Films the day before, I told her that I felt this year would be her year. And sure enough, it was. Showtime films the awards every year and then shows it on their channel (I’m not sure when they’re going to start running it) but be on the lookout for it. In the Best Girl/Girl category they play the nominated clip of me and Jenna Haze.

I absolutely LOVED my dress this year. I’m actually really sad that I only get to wear it the one time. It was absolutely beautiful and fit my body so well, which I was more than ecstatic about considering it’s extremely difficult to find dresses that fit both my boobs and body well. As you can see in the photos below, I even had my nails done to match my dress! I must say it was one of my favorite looks.

Last week I was in Vegas for a few events…and let me tell you that a week in Vegas is way too long! I’m lucky I survived! I landed in the City of Sin on Monday and attended Internext, which is the business adult web conference that takes place around the same time as AEE/AVN. On Tuesday I shot a couple hot photosets with Dylan Ryder for our sites. The second set was in the shower and I can’t wait to see all the photos…it was a pretty sexy/steamy set. Here’s a little teaser…

On Wednesday I walked around AEE a bit before a few meetings I had scheduled. Got a lot of much needed business done and I’m super excited about some upcoming projects that I can’t wait to tell you about Thursday and Friday I signed in the Girlfriends Films booth. My first day signing I was alone at my table but on day two I got to share a table with one of my favorite performers, the one and only Dana DeArmond. Damn can that girl make me laugh! It was so great to be back at AEE and get the chance to meet so many of my fans. I unfortunately do very few appearances throughout the year so it’s nice to be able to get out there and meet people…especially those that support what I do. Thursday night I was Dylan’s date to the party that she hosted at Gallery Nightclub in Planet Hollywood. It was masquerade themed so we got dressed up for it. So much fun! Before the party we visited The Sugar Factory and had dinner there…and might I say that they have the BEST alcoholic root beer float I’ve ever had! Here are a couple photos from that night…

Last week I went to LA to attend the Xbiz Awards. I wasn’t up for any awards at Xbiz this year but they had asked me to present an award so I made the trek down. I was actually already planning on going to LA since I was making an appearance at Adelita Bar in Mexico, so why not head down early, attend the awards and shoot as well? Here is a photo from the red carpet as well as one of me and Tanya Tate presenting onstage…

The day after Xbiz I shot with Syren De Mer for Girlfriends Films. It’s for an upcoming Lesbian Sex installment and I’m sure you’re going to LOVE the scene. Here’s a photo of us right before shooting…

That night I went and stayed with friends in Hollywood so that I could hang out with them the next day. I don’t always have a lot of free time when I’m in LA because I’m almost always working so I take advantage of it when I can. So I went out for drinks that night and then the next day went with my friend to a Pilates reformer class. It was my first one ever…I had only previously done mat classes…but I absolutely fell in love with it. Hoping to find a place to take classes up by my house. Later that night I spent the night at Dylan Ryder’s house and in the morning we picked up Yurizan Beltran and drove to Mexico!

There’s this really famous bar/stripclub/brothel in Tijuana called Adelita Bar. They were celebrating their 50th anniversary and had the three of us there to make an appearance. We took photos and signed posters in the new VIP area that they just opened. It was a lot of fun and quite an experience. The next day we did a big photo shoot for the bar so be on the lookout when you’re down in TJ…you may see us on a billboard! Here are some photos from the trip…

2012 was a great year for me at Girlfriends Films. I appeared in nine titles for them and out of those nine titles I was featured on the cover of seven of them!
